I get asked very often how we got to be Bearcreek Events, a private event center. When our family closed Bearcreek Farms, the entertainment complex, in October of 2013, it was a tough decision, but I had been General Manager for over 15 years, working 7 days a week, 12 months a year and before General Manager, I worked at Bearcreek Farms from the time I was old enough. So the memories are endless like so many of our guests over the years have, but everything good has to come to an end. In the months and years to follow, I missed the guests, staff, performers and celebrities every day but I enjoyed the time I got to spend with my family then in 2017 my son and daughter both got engaged and I soon realized that there was a demand for a rustic setting for weddings and receptions and at a reasonable price so my daughter decided she wanted the rustic setting and we began ,remodeling and cleaning up the property for a August 2018 wedding. Since that wedding day, I have learned a lot, seen a lot awesome decorations and meet so many nice families and wedding couples.
